Kiosk check-in is currently restricted and not available for :
- guest with waitlisted or open bookings.
- Guest holding paper ticket.
- guest with special service requests such as wheelchairs, extra seats, visual and hearing impairment, Unaccompanied Minors, Pet in Hold, Stretcher are not eligible for Kiosk Check-in.
