I want to cancel/reissue/change a booking, which was made using the Maestro Debit Card option. How will I get my money back and when?
For your convenience, you can cancel your booking accordingly:
a) Cancellation/refund before flight departure – Please use our Manage My Booking facility.
b) Cancellation/refund after flight departure – Please visit the nearest Jet Airways counter.
c) Changes/reissues before and after flight departure - Please visit the nearest Jet Airways counter.
If you are using the Manage My Booking facility on jetairways.com, you will need the Transactions ID to proceedfor verification purposes.
This Transactions ID is available in the e-ticket e-mailed to you. Using this service, the amount payable to you will be credited back to your account, which was used to purchase the eTicket. The refund amount can be seen within 7 working days.
