I am unable to Mobile Check-in?

Mobile check-in is currently restricted and not available for:

- Guests with waitlisted or open bookings
- Guests with special service requests such as wheel chair, extra seats, visual and hearing impairment, unaccompanied minors, pet in hold, stretcher etc.
- Staff travel, Industry Discount tickets, upgrade vouchers and agent discount tickets
- Guests with Interline and Codeshare bookings where the originating sector is of another airline (other than JetKonnect)
- Guests whose name and other details entered at the time of check-in do not match the details in the Booking Reference (PNR).
- Guests not fulfilling the check-in window criteria
- Flights which have not been opened for check-in due to operational exigencies
