We request you to be present at the boarding hall at least 25 minutes prior to flight departure. If you are unable to meet the above timelines, please call our contact centre or visit the nearest Jet Airways ticketing counter to make necessary changes/ cancellation. All existing no shows rules and penalties will be applicable.
