Am I entitled to Lounge Access when I upgrade my seat?

No. Guests using the online cabin upgrade facility will not be entitled to Lounge access. However, if the Guest is a JetPrivilege Platinum or Gold member and Original Fare Choices / Booking Classes booked, then based on the tier benefit, lounge access will be applicable.
