How will the Cabin upgrade against JPMiles structure change?
For all cabin upgrade requests confirmed on or after Aug 17, 2016, the eligibility and requirements for a one-cabin upgrade using JPMiles will be revised. Eligibility for a one-cabin upgrade using JPMiles will be based only on the Fare Choices made and will no longer be based on the Tier of the member (e.g. JPMiles upgrade will be permitted for Platinum Members in case of tickets booked under Economy Deal for travel within the Indian Subcontinent) and a Platinum member and a BluePlus member travelling on Economy Saver Fare will be charged the same number of JPMiles for an upgrade to Première).
