Why am I not able to check-in my flight?
You may not be able to check-in for your flight due to any of the following reasons:
- you may have entered an incorrect Record Locator (PNR).
- you may have swiped a Credit/Debit or Jet Privilege card that does not match the name in your reservation. Your first name and last name on your card should be exactly the same as in your booking record (PNR).
- you may not be fulfilling the check-in criteria as per ’’Who can use Kiosk Check-in?’
- Our flights may not be open for check-in due to operational exigencies.
- your booking may not be confirmed.
- you may not be holding an eTicket.
