I had sent a SMS to 56388, however in response received a message from NDTV with their service codes?

This happens when the message has been sent with an incorrect message Code E.g. instead of typing JPBAL, should you type JPBA, then you will receive a service message from NDTV. Please type the correct code and send the SMS in the advised format to 56388. Should you still get an error, please contact the JetPrivilege Service Centre at 91 22 39893333.
