  You can use this facility: for Domestic flights: up to 1hour prior to departure for International flights: up to 3 hours prior to departure

  Currently passengers who have booked their tickets on jetairways.com, across Jet Airways offices / Travel Agents (Ticket number starting with 589) are eligible to use Manage Booking facility.

• Can I receive an email confirmation of the updates I make through Manage Booking?

  No. E-mail confirmation is not available for this facility. However, you can view and reprint the same.

• If I made my booking with a travel agent, can I use Manage Booking?

  Yes. However, the Cancel and Refund facility will not be available.

• How many people can I make reservations for?

  You can make reservations for up to 4 Adults and 4 children per room each depending on hotel policy. At any one time, you can make reservations for up to 4 rooms. Please indicate the number of rooms and guest per room when conducting your search.
